Nevark Technologies LLP ("Nevark", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the personal data you share with us. As a service-oriented company delivering custom software development, technical consulting, and hardware servicing, we handle data responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes. This policy is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services effectively and professionally:

• Contact Information – name, email address, phone number and organisation name, when you book a meeting, apply for a job, or email us.
• Business and Project Information – project briefs, documentation, feedback and technical inputs you choose to share.
• Application Information – CV links, LinkedIn profile and other details you include when applying for a role.
• Billing and Transaction Data – invoices and payment references, processed via secure platforms.
• Technical Data – IP address, browser type and device information that our hosting and security providers process to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as financial account numbers, health information or government identifiers through this website.

Nevark Technologies LLP does not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who We Share It With

Data is shared only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, under confidentiality obligations, and only as far as needed:

• Netlify, Inc. – website hosting.
• Cloudflare, Inc. – content delivery, security and privacy-preserving, cookie-free traffic statistics.
• FormSubmit – delivers website form submissions to our inbox.
• Google (Google Forms / Workspace) – the custom PC build request form and our business email.

We may also disclose data to legal or regulatory authorities when required by law. Some of these providers process data outside India; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party fonts or embedded social widgets. Our hosting providers may set strictly necessary security cookies. If we ever introduce optional analytics or marketing tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS on every page with HTTP Strict Transport Security, restrict internal access to people who need it, and keep project data in controlled environments. While we strive to protect all data, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 6. Retention

We keep personal and project data only as long as needed to complete services, fulfil legal obligations, or maintain necessary business records. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months; unsuccessful job applications within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer. Data is then securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf; and
• raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children
